1985 Mercedes Turbo Diesel. My favorite car. That thing was a tank. And everyone knew I was coming from miles away!

1970 Lincoln Grand Marqee-the Drivers license tester even made me parallel park in it-needless to say I failed my first driving test-that car was like a limo :)

1996 Ford Windstar and a 1990's (not sure what year) Chrystler Imperial. Both long, the Chrystler maybe even longer than the van. I LOVED the Chrystler. It was my grandpa's car. I didn't learn stick officially till my current car.

Suburban. It was huge and wonderful. Then I finally learned to drive our stick shift Honda at age 21. It only took me 8 months.

This was a touchy subject in our home...dad was too "Type A" and wouldn't let me drive anywhere else besides the school parking lot on weekends. And to top off the embarassment I wasn't allowed to use the gas pedal. It wasn't like I was driving a touchy sports car or anything it was a 1997 Toyota Previa Van we liked to call "The Bean Mobile" it seriously looked like a bean!! Sigh...that's the car I took my driving test in thank goodness I didn't have to parallel park that sucker I would have died trying.

My parents had a Ford Aerostar, in which my Mom taught me how to go through a drive-thru. My dad, on the other hand, made me want to cry when he taught me how to use the stick shift in the Hyundai POC. He made me drive up a hill (VERY STEEP), pull over, and said "Ok. Go....yes you can....no, we're not going to die............ok now stop. Now do it again." Thanks dad. ;)

Volkswagen Rabbit stick shift - and we lived at the bottom of a hill with a gravel road - very difficult!

I also flunked my first driving test. Glad to see I'm not the only one!

The original toyota minivan, by the time it came to me we called it the 'Ghetto Blaster' and a saturn wagon of my aunt and uncle's that I was luckily able to do my drivers test in.
