Catalina Chicken: -1 bottle Catalina dressing -1 package dry onion soup mix -1/2 jar Apricot/Pineapple jam -Mix those ingredients together in a casserole dish. Place thawed chicken in sauce, in casserole dish -Bake for 45 min at 375 -Serve over white rice YUMMY! I PROMISE!!!

This is a favorite at my house. I usually double the recipe, then stick the leftovers in freezer bags for later. You can also make the burritos without the ranch and lettuce, and freeze those ahead of time too. These are Devlin's favorite!
