The picture didn't turn out that great in the bulletin, so I thought I'd share the original idea from Make and Takes.Materials:
- Brown pot or bowl
- Spanish moss or a filling of some sort
- 3 brown pipe cleaners
- popsicle sticks
- colored construction paper
Put filling in the pot. Cut construction paper into feather shapes. Glue or tape feathers to popsicle sticks. Stick feathers into pot and place on table!
For Guests:
Place pens or pencils around the table. Have each person write something they are thankful for on the feathers until they are all written on. Place feathers back in the pot. You can take turns reading the feathers, have them read anonymously or have each person read their own feather. So many possibilities!
