Monday's Rule

I just received this encouraging email from Kenna Shumway regarding Mondays:

"Well please feel guilt free today, as it's Monday, and nothing is required of us on Monday's. It's this unwritten rule that more people need to know about. "

So I'm spreading the word so more people WILL know about it. Ahhh. Now I can enjoy the day!
